The Founders
Laurence Nathanson
Laurence brings 32 years of experience in business development and marketing, having founded or co-founded multiple successful companies. He began managing short-term rentals in 2016 with his own luxury property in San Francisco. In 2018, he was invited to join Airbnb’s Plus program for hosts and properties that go above and beyond. He has lived in the Bay Area for over 25 years and fell in love with Sonoma through frequent visits to wineries, rafting on the Russian River, and dining at top-rated restaurants.
Dan Sullivan
Dan is an accomplished sales executive with over 25 years of experience across the solar, finance, and construction industries. A Sonoma native from a winemaking family, he began hosting short-term rentals in 2018 and manages two luxury Sonoma properties that consistently earn 5-star reviews. He is passionate about sharing Sonoma with guests and helping homeowners generate income while enjoying their properties.
