We use a commission model based on total gross revenues for each property on a nightly basis. Our rates are all-inclusive, and guests pay separate cleaning fees. Homeowners typically keep 75% of gross revenue for short-term rentals and 80% for monthly rentals.

What other expenses can I expect?
For furnished, guest-ready properties, clients pay a small onboarding fee that covers professional photography, listing setup/optimization, and (if needed) home automation devices like a keypad lock, noise sensors, and a video doorbell. Ongoing expenses include consumables (paper products, toiletries, kitchen and cleaning supplies) and any repairs/maintenance required to keep your home at a 5-Star level.
How does cleaning work?
Dedicated cleaners follow a hotel-standard checklist specific to your property, and we inspect after each turnover. Except for the initial deep clean and occasional maintenance cleanings (e.g., carpet cleaning), cleaning costs are paid by guests.

For larger issues, we pursue recovery from responsible guests via security deposits (for direct bookings) or platform resolution centers. Airbnb and VRBO offer Host Guarantees up to USD $1,000,000. We also recommend a homeowners insurance policy that covers short-term rentals.
Is short-term better than long-term rentals?
